Western Water's community consultation framework is designed to represent the various customer groups within our community.
Our community reference group volunteers represent the areas of Macedon Ranges, Sunbury and Melton/Bacchus Marsh. By providing feedback and valuable insight into our local community, the customer groups help guide planning and customer interaction programs at Western Water.
Western Water is currently seeking community minded individuals to join our Community Reference Groups. Members must have an interest in their local community, an understanding of community needs and the ability to translate issues into practical advice for Western Water. A commitment to attend five after-hours meetings per year is also required. Reasonable costs for attending these meetings are reimbursed by Western Water.
