Occupying and Vacating Premises 

I am an owner
Please contact your conveyancer or solicitor who will notify Western Water of the change of ownership after settlement date. 

I am a tenant
If you are moving into a commercial premises as a tenant, please complete the Authority Agreement Form.

If you are a tenant vacating a business premises, Western Water will arrange for a special meter read to ensure the change of ownership is registered on your account.

Developing Property

Please provide floor and site plans, which specify what size tapping is required. Western Water then assesses fees based on the application which takes approximately 10 working days. A Letter of Offer is then issued to the customer with fees payable prior to a PIC (Plumbing Industry Commission) number being issued.
