Property Service Water Tapping and Sewer Application Form
Complete this form to request alterations to existing sewer services and or new water services. When applying for a new sewer service a site and floor plan must accompany the application form.

An application fee for a standard house is generally $302.50 for water and $151.20 for sewer (up to ten fixtures). All multi-unit developments and commercial application fees will be assessed on an individual basis upon receipt of plans. A fee of $56.50 is required for a sewer alteration application. 

Pressure and Flow
If you require pressure and flow information please complete an application and send it to Western Water, with the application fee of $217.60.

Consent to Erect a Structure over Western Water's Assets
Customers wishing to apply to build over an easement will need to contact the relevant local council for stormwater locations and approval prior to applying to Western Water. To submit an application to Western Water, please complete and return two original forms, together with plans of the proposed construction and an application fee of $56.50.

Credit Card Payment Voucher
Use this Payment Voucher when applying for the services listed above. When you complete the voucher, please ensure you supply your credit card number, expiry date and the name on the credit card, along with a contact number and the details of the property you are applying on behalf of.

As Constructed Sewer Plans
To apply for the internal sewer plans of a pre-existing structure, visit
Casey Inspection Service or telephone 03 9835 5511, 03 9835 5556 or 03 9889 6735.

Plans can be mailed, collected from Western Water or faxed within half an hour upon request. A fee of $25.00 applies to each property request. If you use this service regularly you may want to set up a payment account. Plumbers may also request plans at any Tradelink or Reece store.

Sewer Application: Size Depth and Offset Request
If you need to apply for the size, depth and offset of a property's sewer, please put the request in writing and email to property.service@westernwater.com.au or mail to:
