Connecting new water services and sewer services or altering these services is now an easy process for plumbers and tradespeople.

To request new water and/or sewer services or alterations, complete the Water Tapping Sewer Application Form and fax to: 03 9218 5537 or emailproperty.service@westerwater.com.au

Applications for a new sewer must include a site and floor plan. Please allow 10 working days to process your application.

All multi-unit developments and commercial application fees will be assessed on an individual basis upon receipt of plans and completed application forms.

Pressure and flow information
Customers can obtain pressure and flow information by sending the Application form, together with an application fee of $217.60 to Western Water.

Sewer application: size, depth and offset
Customers wanting the size, depth and offset of the sewer on a property can put a request in writing, a fee of $11.25 per application applies to this service. Please complete the Size Depth and Offset Request Form and send to:

Payment options
Customers wishing to apply for any of the above services can pay using credit card, cheque or you may be eligible to set up a credit account.

Customers can also pay using our payment voucher. When you complete the voucher, please ensure you supply your credit card number, expiry date and the name on the credit card, along with a contact number and the details of the property.
