There are a wide range of ways your organisation can access money from either government, philanthropic or corporate organisations. Some grant opportunities for water-related initiatives are listed below.
Smart Water Fund
The Smart Water Fund is part of a commitment by the Victorian water industry and the Victorian Government to encourage individuals, community groups, businesses and research bodies to be innovative in devising better ways to use our water resources.
The Fund supports and encourages innovative approaches to water recycling, water conservation and sustainable biosolids management that will help secure our water resources now and for the future. It is open to everyone - individuals, community groups, business, research and development organisations and industry.
Up to $5 million in funding was available in Round 6 of the Smart Water Fund. For more information or assistance with making an application to the next round of funding, visit www.smartwater.com.au or freecall 1800 882 432.
