Stage 3a water restrictions are currently in place for all customers in Western Water's region.

Stages of restrictions
Under the new Statewide Uniform Restrictions, there are now four stages of water restrictions in Victoria. View the following links for information about each stage:

Exemption Application
Customers may request an exemption to water restrictions, if they believe they will be adversely affected by the stage of restriction that applies to their property.
